And Mioplex ripoff - I recieved a 2 month supply of which I did not order or authorize 3 weeks after my first order

I too have been a victim of boland natural and mioplex. I ordered a one month supply to see what it was all about. I recieved a 2 month supply of which I did not order or authorize 3 weeks after my first order. I might have ordered more on my own but this business practice upset me so I decided out of principle I was not going to do business with this company.

I called customer service and talked to a guy named Jay who would not give me his last name. He told me I signed up for this service and told me there was no refund. I told him I had not signed up for anything nor did I authorize the charge to my credit card. He asked me if I could read (great customer service move) At that point I realized this was futile.

I called my credit card co. And challenged the charge. They are investigating and will get back to me.in the mean time this is what I am doing. I have been calling customer service every day and trying to get their full names, I have thier address.

Anyway I have been collecting any magizine subscription form that says bill me later. I am filling out their names and the co. Address and mailing them in. Columbia house cd and dvd look out cause I'm doing the same. Currently I am looking for a pizza place near their location, you guessed it, I hope they like anchovy.

Any thing else I can think of I am going to do to give them a taste. If my credit card co does not back me up I am cancelling the card and not paying any charge even my original order. My credit can absorb it. I happen to be in a pretty good position credit wise and finacially as well as not giving a hoot.

I do have one question to the president I believe the crooks name is greg. You seem to be concerned with the customers who want this autoship (of which I was not aware of) what about the customers who do not want it. A respectable business would make good rather than insult their intelligence as to whether they read somthing, that I might add is not there.

Please enjoy your subscriptions and know I will go to my grave trying to be a pain in your rear. If you have a problem with what I am doing bring it on. I stand by word. Do you?
