Withraw money from my bank account without me knowing

I was looking at my bank statement when i saw TW IAUCTION 69.90 pending transaction! I never authorized anyone or any company in salt lake city to withdraw any money from my account. I call the company and no one answers the phone... Who or what kind of person or company would do such a thing when the economy is in the states its in... Has this happened to anyone else?
