Ripoff claiming to sue me

Hello,
I see there are quite a bit of people who have been taken avantage of by this scam!!! I am very upset with this whole situation! I recieved a call from a matthew Wilson claiming to be a senior attorney with ACS legal. He claimed to be pressing charges aginst me for a payday loan I had taken out and not paid back?!?!?

I did take out a payday loan but it had been paid back in full. He was very rude and talked over me, he then went on about me verifying the last 4 of my social, he stated them (and they were correct) so I hung up and contacted the company which I had recieved a loan with and told them what was going on. They said it has been happening for quite some time and they were trying to figure out what was going wrong.

So with me having a military clerance I contacted ncis and the FBI. I call the acs guy back and tried to get him to tell me all the info he did have on me. He said my full social and everything!!! I couldn't believe it. So I called the FTC and all 3 credit agencies and put alerts on all things pertaining to my social. I am ready to get a real attorney and get these people back!

People, if you have recieved a call from these people, take action now!!! They probablly have you full social and everything!!! Do not let these people ruin you lives!!!
