Broadway Car Mart Took my car to fix after begging them for a year and they never returned it or my money

I bought a car from Car Mart. I thought it was a good car. I had the car for about two weeks and it stopped working. I asked them if they would check it out and even took it down there and it ran for a couple more days then quit. I asked them again to check it out and no response. After a year of paying $300.00 for a car that was broken down in my carport, I finally stopped paying on it. They evetually notified me and I told them I was not paying any more on it until they fixed like they were supposed to. They said "fine, they will take the car and when it is fixed they will notify me and I can come pick it up". A couple of days later a wrecker came and picked it up and I have not heard from them or seen the car since and this was about 3 years ago.
