Took money will they give it back or it a rip off?

I just found out this company took 130. More dollars out of my account along with the first 2 99.00. I just wrote a 1500.00 check for a down payment for a truck and now everything is going to bounce. Being a single mother I dont have alot of money to throw around. Just got off the phone with CCA and said to write letter to CCA CUSTOMER SERVICE
