Are these rip-offs? They They Say They Are In Central

I read other rip off reports about idrivinglicence, and I wonder if they and eudrivinglicence are connected.

I suppose I am lucky because they have not taken any money off me, but like the other complainant, they will not answer my emails now, either company, although they acknowledged receipt of the online application.

The difficulty is that although they say their service is legal, I am not so sure, therefore don't feel confident in reporting them to the police.

Eudriving licence provide an address and phone number, but when I rang it, it was number unavailable!

We have had to report our bankcard as lost and get nother reissued so that they can't take any money at a later date.

But what is the point in this scam if they DON'T take any money? Their websites are impressive.
