Wrong birth certificate signature

My daughter was born on feb 16. I went to Roseland hospital in Chicago on feb 20 to sign her birth certificate. My daughters mother is named Carolyn. The nurse brought me a V.A. P (voluntary acknowledgment of paternity) I saw the name Carolyn, and signed this legal and binding document. 7 years later (1 month ago) I recieved child support papers in the mail on a woman and child born on the same date as my daughter in same hospital. A judgement has been entered (administrative). I'm now ordered to begin payments on June 5 to a child who's not mine! I understand that I'm supposed to read what I sign. But a nurse brought me these papers. The nurse also signed this document as well as a witness!
