1) They'll request you for that H1B filling charge.

2) They spend you the various quantity they note.

3) They don't demonstrate the LCA document.

4) They don't supply you the H1B doc. (I - 797)

5) they do not spend in benct time (none effective period).

6) They Offer phony resumes to obtain the task.

Someone must consider an action...
