Total rip off, never sent product, will not return money. Horrible customer service, no one ever answers the phone. Steals from people

I placed an order with them in Feb. 2009 waited for at least a month, never heard anything. I sent an email, they said they would refund my money. This never happened. They do not answer the phones, they will not return emails. This company from my experience is just stealing from people.
