John Roberts Powers is a Ripoff

Today, my teenage daughter attended this called "auditions". There were 12 or 13 young people present. They all got an interview. They all got accepted!!! The cost for this "school" is 2500 dollars for 12 sessions!!! I went home to search in the internet about this company. I live only 5 blocks away from the hotel that they were using for the so called "auditions".

They were several things that make me very unconfortable about JR Powers. After a 5 minutes investigations in the internet, I found out that this company is ripping people off in a lot of cities across the country. When I came back, we decided not to sign up our daughter for this program... The sales person insisted, using a lot sales tactic-pressure. We said NO again and again...

Then, we wanted to get our 100 dollars deposit back that they requested to hold "a spot" for my daughter... The sales person did not want to give us the deposit back and began to make very disrespectful comments for not "supporting our daghter's dreams to become a model"... After awhile they gave us back 90 dollars and kept 10 dollars for a 'processing fee".

SHAME ON this company that the only thing they do is STEAL money from innocent and uninformed people.
