Kuerner Homes Steals... Your Dreams

Kuerner Homes took our dreams and threw them to the ground with no regards to our feelings. They have screwed us so bad! We have been trying to get a home built by them for 2 years (I guess they are famous for this) and it is not even near done!

Lies, Lies, Lies, that is all Kuerner Homes is about. They have not paid the subcontractors which leaves us with three liens on our home. My heart hurts for what he has done not only to us He destroyed our Dreams, but also to the subcontractors and their families!
It is hard enough to make a living right now, but to try and make a living and not get paid is horrible. After almost 2 years of his lies and his families lies we got smart and fired him.

We are left to sort through all of this mess and it is not going to be cheap. We have numerous repairs that must be done before we can even begin to rebuild - framing overhangs foundation, plumbing has two major leaks under the slab, roofing materiel has to be removed for inspection. Jobs were not even signed off by the City whats with that our home is now an "As Built." WE were told that jobs were done quickly without being signed off in order to get the next draw.

Thanks a lot Kuerner Homes no one should be allowed to run a business like you do.in my opinion Kuerner Homes shouldnt have a license to build!

Had to laugh when I read their Home Page on their Website: Kuernerhomes.com, I know that we never experienced any of what they write about themselves... Is that false advertisement... Lol... I copied and pasted it for those that have been ripped off by Kuerner Homes to see:
