Lies lies lies - Cricket wireless broadband makes false promises on rebates never sends out the rebate, can't get a live person to talk to on the issues, on line reps cant help only try to sell crickets products and give you the same 1-800-cricket number which if called only takes payments and if you need to address an issue you are in an endless loop which will not transfer you to a live rep. Only to hang up on you. It is all automatic and very frustrating to never get to a live rep.
Can Cricket own up to their bad business practices - I DON'T THINK SO! If they do it will take a miracle.
My advise don't get any Cricket services and beware of what you are getting into with this company.
