Did not perform according to their contract

I joined the gym on a 3 month contract, first payment of $516.00 starting 1/16 last payment being 3/16/09, total of $1548.00. I signed a cancellation notice on 3/20 which was personally handed to the owner which she says has been lost.

My card was charged again on 4/16 for another $516.00. I have been over to the gym and spoken with Denise the owner and she says she will check in to it and call me but does not.

I have since checked with the BBB which I should have checked before I joined as I found their rating is "F" with 10 complaints being, "not agreeing to perform according to their contract".
