Scam im still paying for georgia

We were also ripped of by Bob Leviton of American Auto Brokers. I have tried to find information on this ever since it happened. I know that many peopled were taken advantage of by this Fraudulent company. I expected that he would pay for this and not get away free and clear. I have not been contacted about this although I have tried to reach anyone I thought could help. What he was doing is illegal and he should be prosecuted for it. Does anyone know what happened with this guy or all the people that lost their money, I mean were robbed of their money? Unfortunately my husband and I took out a loan to cover the amount we were scammed and are still paying for it. Any information would be appreciated.
