Horse trainer nearly kills horse

This man is supposed to be a horse trainer, but do to recent research and hiring him we now know he is not. He took a horse in February to train and she was returned this week, placed in her pasture and he left without telling anyone he was there to do that. The horse is severely under weight and may die.
He tried to say when confronted that she was ill when he picked her up, however there was 5 witnesses there that day and his efforts failed.
He has too many horses on his property and they are crammed together in small pens. He is abusive to them and should not be in this business.
