Ok so i give this guy Anthony Frank Barba 3 grand as a cash for gold investment with a contract signed that he will pay me back 6 grand total at the end of the month i thought he could be trusted because i got a copy of his id where he lived and we had a signed contract which legally obligates him to pay me. I also got his ssn number which seemed actually to be valid.

All of a sudden he gets into some sort of trouble and cant pay me. I went to visit him at his address 1116 lakeshore drive jupiter fl 33458 twice but he was unavalabile. When i got there i talked to his relatives and they told me they havent seen him which i found hard to believe. I also tried calling him several time at 561-339-3248 but his phone got disconnected. I also tried visiting his so called business address which was 6671 w indiantown rd jupiter florida 33458 suite 56-107 which turned out to be a mailbox. I also tried calling him on his business line at 877-487-1386 but the number was disconnected. If anyone can help me find this person i would appreciate it he owes me a total of 6300 dollars. If any lawyers can help me take him to small claims court please contact me immediately
