Garrett Yoshina, is this the same person who was a former basketball coach at El Dorado High School?

This person is very inconsiderate when meeting him. He is all about hustling people. Saying it doesn't cost anything for training but will cost $150 for an application processing fee. Of course they do not tell you until you've wasted 45 minutes of listening to their presentation. Also they introduced another person as one of their reps that made $100k last year.in the presentation they say you get a ring when you sell $100k, well he wasn't wearing his ring. Hmmm...
My question is this Garrett Yoshina the same person that is former coach at El Dorado HS that is a registered sex offender?
