Plano Property Management - Schuller - Mr. John / Mrs. Keri Schuller Lazy, flighty, self absorbed property management company

I am currently living in a home that this management company represents. After reading report # 448051, which I stumbled on quite by accident, I must rethink staying on with them. One would have to wonder if the actual home owners know of any of the Schuller's lack of productivity regarding the properties they seemingly "represent".

I was promised all sorts of things by the Landlady herself the day I signed on with them. She was in such a hurry to go on her family vacation that she basically ran through the place... Now, I know why everything she agreed to was just empty words to get the house leased, pad her money account a bit more & leave for the "holiday" with her children and husband... They had just lost their broker so the Landlady was having to work herself... I did make a walk through/move in conditions list along with a picture CD of all that I found to be wrong. Out of that list they have fixed two things. And not too willingly either. As a matter of fact, there are several things under code here and life threatening... I don't think the woman truly has any interest at all in the company her husband built up over the years. It was evident to me that she was over having to do some of the "leg" work until they could hire someone else... You would think too with the economy as it is today that she would make some attempts at honoring her word instead of finding fault with the renter's on the tail end of the last minute of a situation. I don't understand the "slum lord" or in this case the "slum property manager" mentality. I can assure you that the Schuller's wouldn't live here in this house with all that is in desperate need of repair EVER... But its ok for the "renter's"...
Also it was stated in the rip off report that I read that the Schuller's sold our private information at some point this past year to a company!!!??? If I find this to be true, (I will be checking immediately on this) I will confront them after I have spoken to a lawyer. I am an excellant tenant who minds my own business & takes care of where I live always. I was pretty shocked that she barely remembered anything she had promised (took the notes on her own pad) and was irritated when I reminded her of her own words by email and phone. The rent isn't exactly cheap in lovely Plano America either... Who do they think they are??? There is no way I am letting them keep my deposit... NO WAY.

YES, if anyone is interested in doing business with these folks I would protect myself in every way possible so that you don't get screwed on your living conditions and your deposit upon lease completion.
