What a Nightmare... And not out of the woods yet!

I signed up for a free trial offer and have been unable to contact the company ever since. They contact me with their standard emails but do not allow sufficient timelines to return the product as their ad leads you to believe and they do not reply to the requests to STOP delivering the product. Much like Tina's story they do not return calls or emails and although the product seems to have stopped coming the charges continue.

Not sure where to go from here but I have forwarded the Rip off reports to my bank in hopes they will help with this. If not I guess it's the legal route.
