Luke Wudiok Top NOtch Trailers Unauthorized use of Credit Card. Over Charge fraud

My mother who is a senior citizen needed a storage conex container to lock up some valueables so she wouldnt have to pay storage. She looked into the thrifty nickle and noticed a Luke Wodiuk with a cell phone number. She called and he said yes a 20 foot by 8 foot trailer is $2500 plus $185 tax. He promised her shipping is free.

When she asked why he said I have to go down in Trinidad area anyway to pick up another storage conex container so no big deal. He also said I am going to need a credit card. I will not charge on it but just to hold the container for you!

A week later he brought the storage conex container to her yard. He said the bill is $2685.00 and asked would you like that billed on your credit card or other payment? My mother said nothing on my credit card all give you a check. She gave him a check and he handed her a paper.

My mother having company at the time didnt look at the receipt he had given her. Later she got her credit card bill in the mail just to discover a $500.00 charge on it. So she called Luke Wodiuk up and he played the dumb act. He said he would get back with her. She looked at the receipt he gave her and sure enough there was a $500 delivery charge on it.

Luke Wodiuk has not contacted my mother yet and refuses to answer the phone everytime we call him. We went to the better business bureu to find out he has a grade F. We filed a complaint with the southern colorado better business burea case number 37012043.

In the meantime she contacted her credit card company to try to get riembursed. Luke Wodiuk Top NOtch trailers also operates a business at the address 516 Ardath Ln
