Is this a ripoff or scam

Based on high ranking given by best10resumewriters Non-profit independent reviews of top resume writing firms by experts I contacted and signed up with resume writer pro. I did all the prerequisite and, much to my surprise and shock found that the resume I received had so many errors that it did not even look like mine. The locations of places I had worked had changed, the training was all goofed up, even the spelling of my name was incorrect. The request to speak to a supervisor fell on deaf ears. Their 800 number is obviously not in the USA. Spoke to a lady who said she will assign somebody else and, revert back to me.
This company has many issues and problems. It requires investigation and, I am not sure who all have been made a fool out of by this so called best company.
I will see what happens with the next version but to those who are considering this - beware
