Hi, my name is lisa and i had the same expeireance as everyone else. I was told i would get a 2000. Credit card within 10-15 days i have 2# and i never get an answer. I even leave a message that if they don't call me back i will seek legal action. They took 299.00 out of my account i tried to stop it but it was to late.

I did talk to someone higher up at my bank and they said to fill out an affidavit they would credit my account for the hole ammount. And they will try for 90 days to get in contact with them if they don't get ahold of the company, i would be free of all charges to my account and they (the bank) will go after them on fraud charges.

I think it's sad for people to do this to the consumer who thinks they are helping their credit and all they are doing is slealing form them this is not right.

I guess this goes to show me and all of americans don't ever believe anyone trying to give you something over the phone i will never do it again i have learnt my lesson the hard way
