Credit Card Merchant Service Firm is biggest scam, stay away!

I like so many others, have been duped by these companies.
We believe their sales rep. Engaged in multiple practices that were unethical and deceptive in order to acquire a signature. He never explained verbally that this was a noncancelable contract. He concealed the written verbage on the top of the page where noncancelable was written -by partially pulling back the overlying pages from the stack. He left items blank that were not filled in until after he left.

It was a 4 - year contract which finally ended, we returned the terminal but the company still threatens with harrassing letters / calls that we owe them money because we did not canceled in writing after the 4 years and did not return the terminal prompto, they threaten to transfer our file to a collection service company, we are done with them, never, ever I want to pay them a penny! Is it wise just to ignore them? I'm preparing a complaint to the Attorney General of Florida...
