They ripped off my Daughter who is a single Mom with a fixed Income!

Lead me to believe that this card will repair my Credit and that it can be used at Gas Staions, Stores etc. It could barely understand the Rep because they were talking so fast. They took Money out of my Checking Account even though I asked them not to do that because there was no Money. I canceled the Card and requested my Money back. The Total was $199.00 plus $70.00 in Overdraft Fees. They were willing to give me my $120.00 back but I will have to pay them an additional $198.00 for them to do so. Can anyone help???
