Pirated dvds. Can't get a hold of customer service in order to return... They say that they will not accept returned packages unless you contact them first... But when i email them, my email gets returned as undeliverable... I have also sat on hold on the phone for 2 hours with no response. Live support on their site does not work. I had to do a charge back on my credit card in order to receive a refund. Please do not order from this company!!! The federal government & interpol need to shut this company down!!

Customer Service was horrible. Not willing to help anyone out. Very deceiving in the advertisement and internet site. Received confirmation from customer service that my order would not be processed without talking to me first. Big lie!
