Dcyf case - lying, twisting, sneaking, cheating deceitful, rotten, rotten to families

I am the victim of the auspices of the rottenest, dispicable, unconscionable agency around, DCYF. My experience starts out like this. I had a boyfriend who was charged with sexually assaulting my 5 year-old. I have three children, ages 5,10, and 13. Needless to say, I am no longer with this man, and his trial is coming up in the fall.in the meantime, DCYF moves in and takes my three children into custody. I have never done anything to my children, put them in danger in any way ever, and their "allegations" are that I put the children in harms way and thus, they just took my kids! DCYF has made up stuff about me and my family that are simply unconscionable and nowhere near true. They never did any investigation into anything, never called any family members for information — nothing. I have never, ever been charged with anything, any wrongdoing nothing more than a speeding ticket, and I am immediately adjudicated guilty and I have yet to figure out why! I don't know where to turn or who to talk to.

I have had a court-appointed attorney, and it's been a futile attempt. I don't think some of these court-appointed attorneys know anything about these cases, but they are very ineffective. My children are in foster care, and I don't know where. I have begged and begged for visitation with my kids. Finally, after 3 full weeks of begging with DCYF, Katelyn Hunt, ignoring my phone calls, lying to me on the phone, etc., finally I was able to get an arrangement. I showed up at the visitation center on time, and hence, they showed up an hour and a half later. I sat there and waited and would not have left until the time was up because even though they were late, had I not been there they would have said I didn't care because I wasn't there. The next visitation date I showed up on time with a pizza only to sit there for a half hour. When no one showed up, I called Katelyn Hunt and she told me the visit was canceled.

At one of the visitations Ms. Hunt turned to me and said as I was leaving to "have fun." How cruel can this be? How am I supposed to "have fun" when my three children are crying and screaming for me as I have to turn away? The county attorney has been speaking with the police departments and other law enforcement personnel. I have no idea what they are doing, but I am being adjudicated guilty of something I have never done. I have never been treated so shamefully in all my life. I am desperate for help in knowing how to get my children back and how to bring DCYF and the County to justice. I need advice and help in doing this. Anyone, please!
