Scentrua creations, i.G. P, they say it doesn't stand for. They had me go out and sell thier oberve l essence prefume and cologne for 11 hrs a day and did not pay me.in two week i sold 7 bottels and only got 8 dollars

I seen a ad on craigslist looking for entry level and no exp. And ethustaic people to trian and become brach managers. I called the first time and was ask to come in for a 1st interview and he asked me 2 or 3 questions and then was called back for a 2nd interview. There is when i found out that i will be going out in the "field" to sell prefumes. They broke down the 4 steps to become a "manager" and "run" your own locations.
1) marketing - business to business and "ffaar"
2) t and e - traing and evaulting
3) management
4) administration
and then they break down this weekly pay which are in areas
1) 175-200
2) 200-300
3) 300-400
4) 400-500

this place is filled with loud music, but to allow the others interviews to not here the conforsations in the meetind of what they really are going to be doing. They give us a contest that night to go to our 'ffaar" family and friends. This place has no chairs, pictures just a white earse board. We go out for 10 hrs a day from 8:30/9:00-6:30 ish. You sale to busines, walmart parking lots, gas stations, mexican tores and resturants, and mall parking lots. And there they are trying to avoid police and sercurity, knowing of the fact that they do not have a business lisence. There is no pay or minimun pay only off the bottles that you sale (this is unpossible because everyone hits the same location). When you go into the stores they have you tell the costmers that "we just did a big show at mall and are having a promtion on our fragunces and employees get 50-80 %" they "say" that the bottles are usally $78 but they are selling it for 30 and ni less than 20.

There is no drug test, background check or w4 fourms for taxes. When i went it started with 30 people and only 7 where left. The group of people seemed to be odd. They told us that we would be making 45-55k in the 1st year and then 100k in the rest. Everyone was young in this group no one over the age of 25. We started talking about it and thinking really hard.
1) these people only gave us thier 1st names (ryan and jennifer)
2) whenever we tried to ask questions they switch to a different subject or walk away
3) ryan (the boss) gave us a fake cell phone nuber to call him and he says"o that's my old number"
4) i answered the phone and the lady says that he has to go to court for his business lisence ticket
5) he only has a lisence to sell out of the building and not on the streets.
6) we did the research and everything that they are doing to us it has been done in california, new jersey. And more. Same exact words.
We got the cops involved and got our papers with our socail back. They sheirff on duty told us to keep the merchadise because they screwed us over. But unforntally we couldn't because he could had taking us to court for holding his property. These people are really taking avantage on the young people and thier rights. It's a scam.
