Scam Artists!

Salute Visa Card is a Rip-Off. They are costing me and a whole lot of other people precious money that nobody has now anyway!

"My account" was closed in February, however I didn't know that it was closed. I never received a letter stating so. I called customer service who told me that I had a Zero Balance but a $30 payment would be coming out the following month. After arguing with the guy for 20-30 minutes about this and why the account is closed and where My Money was I hung up on him. I was getting nowhere. I then went to the bank and stopped the transaction because I had auto-enrolled services with them. They tried to take the money and were stopped. How can they think they can CLOSE My Account and then still take money. They owe me $210 dollars anyway.!! Since February I now have a balance of $77.48 Because they are charging me monthly fees, account maintenance and the $30 TWICE!

These people are ridiculous and need to be stopped. I have signed petitions and I will be looking into a class action lawsuit!

Emailing them don't work either. Yet they had the nerve to send me a survey for Customer Satisfaction. I filled it in. Oh yeah. But it wasn't nice.
