Sent items after cancellation no credit given

Iordered Shoe support and paid by credit card. They sent additional items which Idid not order Iwas told toreturn them for credit, They have not credited me and have sent more items and charged me again. After calling them they now say they willcancel future shipments but wont give credit for the 2 shipmwnts. Ihave the last one to return. Ididinsure the return as instructed Can you advise
