Landlord/tenant issue

Couple moved
e out according to the date they were given to do so. After the fact, they were told different date they could had. They should receive credit for 3 days of rent. This company refuses it but gave them credit for water/sewage. Documentation in hand. Landlord/tenanct Affairs no support either. Great Montgomery County!!!
