Reduced Payment Is Mostly Interest With Little Principal Paid

Wells Fargo lowered our house note for 4 months from 965.00 to 674.00. After 4 months it will go back up to 965.00. The interest on the 674.00 taken out was 518.20/ the principle is 155.80. I feel this is a rip off.
