After signing up with RMCN about 8 months ago and paying $800 in start up costs and $99 per month for six months, I've found this service to be the worst rip-off I have ever gotten myself involved in. Not only is the follow up non existent once they have your money, but I am still struggling to fix the issues they caused.

I have emailed and called several times to both my rep and his manager, and never once heard back from the manager, and my rep has been unable to fix the issues. Going in to this program, I could access my own credit reports. Now, I can't even do that, because since entering the program, somehow my social security number is now incorrect on one of the bureaus!

I don't know what, if anything, has actually been fixed, but what I do know is that they have caused a new issue that is preventing me from looking at my own report to see what I spent all that money on. After shopping rates in the area, I've found that there are several companies offering the same service, but with much more helpful and friendly associates, for between $100-$200 in start up cost and $50 per month. After filing a dispute with my bank about not receiving the services I paid for with this company, I have found that they are great at taking your money, but as un-responsive when you ask for it back as they are when you want to see some form of result.
