Annette Evans is the proprietor of http://ritastreasurechest.com/. This is a site which has ripped me off for nearly $200. I purchased some small items for my rummage sale. I sent a check but never received my products. Annette Evans never returned my money or my phone calls. I took her to small claims court and reported her to my local police. There is a felony warrant out for her arrest. Beware of this woman. She is a scammer.
