I recently purchased a copy of UNlock PDF Password from this company. I should have realised there was going to be problems when the download version did not work and when the Cd arrived several weeks later I was suspicious when I saw a New Zealand post mark on the US, Portland address. Needless to say I have lost my money as along with quite a few othere users. I wish I had done my homework and looked at the numerous complaints about this company before purchasing from them.
