Scam bulldog puppies, puppy paid for and never received, no contact from selle

We purchased a bulldog from Bulldogs On the Beach and were told the dog would be shipped in 2 days. We had contact with the seller the day before the dog was supposed to be shipped stating that they were at the Vet getting the health screen. The seller said they would contact us that night with shipping information. We never heard from the seller, we attempted to phone them over 100 times and left over 30 messages and sent over 10 emails and never received contact back from the seller.
