Scammed me for $39.00 when it said $1! Googlenew York

Thought it mght be a good idea as i am stuck for money. And being the credit crunch as well. I seen the add on faceebook and thought it would be a good idea. So put my card details in and they said they would email me. Few days went past still never got anything... I emailed the address that i had but it didnt go through. A week later i recive a email from them giving me the code that i should have got straight the way but still no cd... Got the cd a week later but i wanted a refund, but as its american i cant ring and ask for a refund as i live in the UK and its far to expensive to ring!
