Getting bilked at BK - It is more than one thing. Read my comment above

I live in Indianapolis Indiana. I went to a store at 4210 Kildeer Dr about 6 months ago went through drive thru, ordered a medium onion ring got a small. About the same time I went to a store at 3550 S. Keystone Ave. And $1 was taken from me. I gave the drive thru person $12 (and change) to get back exactly a $5 dollar bill she gave me 4 ones. She then told me I had to come inside and complain since I was wanting more money back. The manager then proceeded to make me wait while she counted the money in the register and add up the receipts for that register. She said since the girl was only about 45 cents over there was no problem. So she doesn't have the correct amount and there is no problem and I don't get my dollar! Why would I give her $11 (and change) only to get back one of the dollars I just gave her!!!? I called this in to your customer service line and got no response! Thanks a lot. Well I dropped that, until now. I just went to store number 10897 at 410 E. Morris St. I gave the drive thru girl $20.11. For a $5.11 order. She gave me 5 ones. She claimed I gave her a $10 bill saying see it is the only $10 bill I have in my drawer. What in the world does that prove! Well I know I only had $20 bills because I had just gone to a cash machine and got out $60 and the machine only gives out $20 bills. She walked away got the manager and then the girl became a bit combative (first sign of a guilty person). The manager was trying to be cool and give me my $10 back but this drive thru girl was saying "no he only gave me a $10 bill I haven't even touched my $20s! I felt bad for the manager on duty because I go to that store about 2-3 times a week for breakfast or lunch since it is right next to where I work, and I see him quite often. So I told him not to worry I'll send in a complaint to get my money back. So will your company get back with me on this or will it not respond like last time I called in a complaint? Look I'll take a $10 gift card to BK since I know I will use it. And look, it is not like I need to try and cheat a company. I make really good money at my job but there is no way I'm going to let someone take $10 from me. Especially after the recent history of your company taking money and giving me the wrong size of items I ordered. If I don't get my money back I will, let me state again, I will go to the Indiana Attorney General and have them start a file.
