Take the money and run - not honoring service contract san rafael internet

Just called the number for TAP, they had no information on file for me. The gal oin the other end of the phone asked me for a variety of numbers in order to varify that the $3000 computor i bought was actually mine!

After she'd tried the
1. Purchase order number
2. My phone numbers
3. The invoice number
4. The order number
5. The compusa customer number6. Serial number of the printer i needed serviced,

I figured she pretty much didn't have ANY record for me or my purchase.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH COMPUSA AGAIN and will let everyone I talk to know, I work in retail myself... And I talk to alot of people.
