LH COntracting - Larry J Hypes, This man took $1k to be used towards a summer rental deposit - did nothing except keep my money

I, Esther * and my best friend Joanne G* found a house we wanted to rent for the summer.

Miss G* told me of a friend she has who is a reputable business owner and who wanted to go in on the share with us. Miss G* after much back and forth made arrangements to have Mr. Larry Hypes go to the house and give the home owner our security deposit for the house.

Mr. Hypes never called the home owner to tell her he was running behind schedule and then just stood her up making my friend and I like very unprofessional and potentially lose the rental we invested so much time and energy in finding.

On March 5rh Mr. Hypes insisted we have the cash ready for him to take to the homeowner I went out of my way to withdraw the money out of my account and have it in my friends hands by day end to deliver to him.

It is now two months after the fact it has been one excuse after another, many attempts for both myself and Miss G* oly to he hung up on the telephone, spoken to with curse words and made to feel like he was doing us a favor by returning our money. Hence he did sign a receipt for the money and I have to say for a businessman his ethique is unprofessional his voculabury is unacceptable.

I strongly urge anyone wanting to do business with Larry Hypes or LC Contracting to reconsider he is a thief he is an arrogant man that chooses curse words for lack of a better vocabulary. This is what he did with $1000.00 of two women that work very hard to make a living.

Yesterday Sunday May 12th he offered to bring the money to my apartment. I waited for him all night and his excuse this morning was that I had company I still do not see what my having company has anything to do with his returning my money???

Bottom line he is A THIEF!!!
