Nasty uniformed Service

Where do I start with all the errors, problems and unpleasant service.
Ill just tell you the catalyst to where it all went downhill, they sent all my financial information to the seller and in response to their error said "well, its not a big deal, he probably didnt even open it".
Nice.
That is just one minute detail and start of my horrendous experience with Chase.
My advice to everyone go with WELLS FARGO!
