I have been trying to get in touch with this company after I have had the similar problems that people have had before me. I could not get to a real person. I keep getting different numbers to call and it has been so frustrating. I had to take my car to the repair shop and they faxed a quote / estimate. They denied everything! I do not trust this company at all! Do not be fooled! Consumers beware!
