Service Failed in Under Two Months, Repair Six Days Away

I have had this service for less than 2 months, and today it doesn't work and they will not come out until Wednesday. I find that unacceptable and would like to return their unreliable equipment and not have to pay a penalty. Please let me be rid of you and find someone who has enough techs to respond in 24 hours. Please do the right thing. 6 days is not reasonable to wait to have someone come out. Please just admit the company can't respond in a reasonable amount of time.
