I have had this service for less than 2 months and today it doestn work and they will not come out till Wed. I find that unacceptable and would like to return their unreliable equiptment and not have to pay a penalty. Please let me be rid of you and find someone who has enough techs to respond in 24 hours. Please do the right thing. 6 days is not reasonable to wait to have someone come out. Please just admit the company cant respond in a reasonable amount of time.
