Burger King terrible store - Soggy Old Biscuit

You should close Store#2483, at 7701 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL. Fire everyone except for the young man that was keeping the floor clean, he was doing a great job it was sparkling clean however, thats where it ends. It took FOR EVER to get one biscuit for breakfast. I saw at least two customers leave & walk out after standing in line for 15 minutes. I could have cooked it my self then checked my self out quicker. I know that some of your stores are good. The Moffat Road store near Schillinger Rd is fantastic. Super fast service & great food there. This store however at 7701 Airport Blvd. Is likely killing your reputation. The food, once I got it was terrible. A soggy biscuit tasted like it was cooked days before and steamed back to half-life. This same store was at one time a great place to eat. IT NEEDS A GOOD MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!! Or close it up!!! Sell it to the lady that runs the Moffat Rd at Schillinger Rd store and your profits will zoom upward. Signed: David; Mobile, AL.
