Over Charged

I bought cushions for my patio furniture. Sophia charged me 140.00 per seat. (one unit) She said I could bring them back if they didn't fit. So 4-7-09 I took the cushions back there was a didferent lady behind the counter and I got a refund. Howerever while getting my refund I took notice to a sign behind the counter that read 129.99 cushions for a chair. (one unit) and so forth. When we added up what the sign read and what we paid there was a $40.00difference. She charged us more per cushion then the sign read. Today I called to talk to a manager to let him know what had transpired. However the person who answered wouldn't let me talk to a manager, she said what is this in regards to. I said I just want to talk to a manger. She refused to put one on the phone. She hung up on me. I was not rude to her. I called back and got the machine, I was leaving a short message of how the person who answered the phone wouldn't get me a manager to talk to and please call me. She picked up the phone and said nobodt wants to talk to you. She told me to go to H_ _ L and told me to kiss her butt then hung up again. All this and she didn't even know my complaint. She didn't even know who I was. But I knew her broken english, I knew her voice, She was in fact the person who sold me my over priced cushions. I did get my money back. I just wanted to share my story, buyer be ware.
