HB Van Lines was accidentally mailed $13,000, rather than the $1,300 that they were truly owed. When informed of the error they did nothing to correct it. They did, however, admit the error and offer to pay off the debt at the rate of $100 per month! Judgment was obtained against them in Passaic County Court on September 26. A statewide lien against them was recorded on October 29.
