Billed for items not authorized

The issue is that I bought merchandise from DeepDiscount but was unaware that I was also being billed 12 dollars per month after that. This was NOT CLEARLY EXPLAINED in the agreement and I have requested that I be fully refunded those monthly charges (not including the items bought).

This is clearly a scam and from what I understand from the customer services person I spoke with, this has been going on since 2007.
