Company sent check for Mystery Shopper

Received a check and letter from Direct Source wanting me to be a mystery shopper. 350.00 for training pay, funds for shopping, Service Charge by Money Gram or Western Union the required funds to send by Western union. Called the company they asked if I received the check and that it would clear the bank in 3 to 5 days then start the training. They did not ask my name or Representative ID number or anything. They also said they where a member of American Survey Research Organizations. Plus I could not understand them very well. Just wanted to know If it was real or not.
