Collect on a credit card debt that was charged off on9/01 by providian

Daniel f. Bridgers attorney from decatur ga. Is repensenting first resolution investment corp and has a judgement on me for garnishment of my wages and they are demanding my employer to hold ALL MONEYS DUE TO ME all this started when I was unable to pay a credit card from providian for 3300.00 dollars and they charged this off on 9/01 a bad debt buyer purchased this at some point and time after the above date. Tryed to collect, could not and sold to another company same results then after being sold to several bad debt buyers first resolution investment corp purchased my old charged off acount and turned a 3300.00 debit into $12,074.83 garnishment.

I have nothing, no home, no car, no money no nothing I have to depend on someone to provide for me, food clothes, transportation, shelter, medcation ect. If I had the money to file bankrupcey then I would do so. This is the brake down on judgement papers: principal $4,152.96 interest $7,003.56 attorney's fees $805.31 main case costs $113.00 for a grand total of $12,074.83 If the money was going to the orignal creditor I would not have a problem but it's not. They charged this bad debt off in 2000. My hard earned money is going to a bunch of crooks and or orginised crime people that use things like this to put money back into the system!!! Anyway who in there right mind would buy a bad debt like mine when, if they looked at my credit report would have seen what they about to get into. Also I only work part time and get 25 hrs per week when I work. I have been with out work for almost a month now.
