Did not recieve the promotion

After making purchases at a KOHLS store a free weekend of your choice was available. Three dates and hotels were to be picked from a panphlet the company sent us. We never recieved the weekend and have not heard from anyone as to why. I have attempted many times to call but only to get an answering machine. I would like to speak to someone to find out why we never recieved the weekend or a call. We gave our dates, for the end of April in around Sept/Oct it is 2009 and no response.
