If this has happened to you call the number for businessmax (1-888-584-2217) and follow the automated prompts to speak with someone. I complained about how I did not agree to any type of payments and they refunded all of the money they have charged me in 2 - 3 business days.
They agreed to give the money back so easily that it makes me believe they give in to anyone's complaints because they are afraid of getting caught in the scheme that they are running. Good luck to ALL!
